Unix adb activities commands in Powershell windows problems

I've been using a Unix based system for my Android coding so far, and when needed to see which activities are open, I've used the commands:
adb shell dumpsys activity activities | sed -En -e '/Stack #/p' -e '/Running activities/,/Run #0/p'
And:
adb shell dumpsys activity activities | grep "Package name" | grep Hist
But I cannot get neither "sed" or "grep" to work in powershell.
What are the equivalent commands for windows powershell?
android powershell adb powershell-v3.0 dumpsys
