Apple ID remaining credits cannot be spend and cannot purchase in-app purchases

I have some remaining credits but I cannot spend it and cannot download a completely new app. Once it asks me to download a new app, after it asks me to enter my password, and after it goes “ding” like with a tick to say it’s done, then it starts spinning, but moments later, it just jumps back to “GET” and doesn’t start installing it into my phone, did anybody experience this problem before too or still stuck? (I have like absolutely no idea how to spend the remaining credits and why the downloading a free app or paid app won’t work at all) funny thing is, when an app needs to be updated, it works and an existing app that was downloaded before works when I press install.

Anyone know what to do besides me contacting Apple support which I’ve done a lot of times already and also done the part where you erased the phone completely as a new iPhone (even though I did backup and restore some important stuff from the iCloud)

Currently still haven’t got this remaining credit issue solved yet so I’m feeling super stressed out and surprisingly calm at the same time....wonder how long I’ll last like this though...
