I've been trying to search for a way to automatically embed updated posts on my social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram) but I couldn't find a proper solution other than using proprietary software.
Is there a way to automatically embed my recent posts for free?

stackoverflow is a platform for developers only, did you try programming stuff on your own after taking a look at the dev docs of facebook? can you show us your code? right now this too broad for stackoverflow, i´m afraid. if there is no official plugin for it, you will have to program it on your own or use some third party solution. we can help you when you get stuck programming it on your own.
