Bitnation est un projet open-source et décentralisé alimenté par la chaîne de blocs d'Ethereum. L'objectif est de favoriser un système de gouvernance participatif, volontaire et virtuel, en progrès sur modèle actuel de l'État-nation, rénovant les notions de frontière, de taille de la population et de l'appartenance par la naissance[1].


Bitnation organise son autonomie et sa décentralisation suivant l'application du modèle holacratique et cherche à devenir une Decentralized Autonomous Organization pleinement fonctionnelle. Les « contrats intelligents » d'Ethereum sont ses outils de gouvernance, auxquels tout le monde peut venir contribuer. Bitnation les met également à disposition d'autres nations et « holons », qui peuvent bénéficier du soutien et de l'infrastructure technologique de la communauté[2].


Bitnation est né le 14 juillet 2014 et sa fondatrice est Susanne Tarkowski Tempelhof[3]. Née aux alentours de 1982 S.Tarkowski a passé une dizaine d'années sur le terrain géographique de zones en transformation/conflit et dans le domaine biologique du transhumaniste, jusqu'à son engagement dans le service chaîne de blocs et la fondation subséquente de Bitnation. En 2016 Bitnation créa sa propre constitution au titre de la nation Pangea.

When I open a file, I get the: OpenPyxl -> UserWarning: Data Validation extension is not supported and will be removed That is not really a problem bcs. program works and I can't change the .xlsm file to fix that. But... When I run pytest with something like: def test_wrong_file_format(): assert check_excel(open_excel('file.xlsm')) == True I will get the warning i mentioned altought check_excel(open_excel('file.xlsm')) returns True and the test should suceed... Is there a nice way to tell the pytest that "It's not a bug it's a feature" and tests should pass even when they get this warning? What visual should I use to simply compare current year value vs last year in Power BI desktop

0 I have column SubToBind that shows current year ratio and column PY SubToBind which shows previous year ratio. How can I simply create a card that would be displaying them both in a nice way? Something like that: I cannot achieve that with regular card, I also tried Card with States by OKViz but also unable to see both values. In KPI visual - I dont like the word "Goal", it will confuse end users. Are there any cards or other visuals that would do the job?
