Virtualbox: How to disable VT-D support

I want to disable VT-D extension in Oracle Virtualbox for testing purpose but I could not find any option nor any documentation. However Virtualbox claims to have VT-D extension enabled. Is there any separate hidden option to disable VT-D support or is it tied with VT-X option ?
