Advice on Progressing a BI Career - What to learn, where to go?

I've been using Qlik sense for a few years now and have made some good progress. I also have a general knowledge of TSQL. (Learnt this to Learn Qlik Scripting). I've watched a lot of videos on BI and would like to know how to progress in a direction that would open as many job ops as possible.
It would seem my skills lay in the analytics and visualisation but i know very little of ETL and warehousing outside of Qlik sense.
I've started looking at python, DAX and power bi (literally just skimmed through basic functionalities)
I'm in the UK so what i would like to know is what can i learn to be desirable to as many UK employers looking to fill BI Vacancies?
Thanks,
Alex
