Network load balancing cluster not loading

I am using three virtual machines (VirtualBox). The cluster virtual machine has Bridged mode. And the other two machines have both NAT and Bridged Mode. However when I setup the cluster, the cluster machine can't reach the cluster (getting a timeout error). And the other two nodes I get a 404 error. The websites can be reached from the three nodes. Any idea what could the problem be?
