i have tried to add an Image inside the head Tag under /public like this .

<title> mytitle </title>
<link rel="icon" href="%PUBLIC_URL%/favicon.ico" sizes="32*32" type="image/ico">


</head>
</html>


but what im seeing is just mytitle.
