I know that "to be held" modifies "meeting" in the sentence "The meeting to be held tomorrow is every important." However, I am not sure if the following sentence is correct. "All countries can take part if their athletes reach the standard to be admitted to the games." Is this sentence grammatically right?u If this sentence is correct, what is the function of "to be admitted"?

Why did you not bother to spell-check “Ture”? Whether “He reaches…” or “their athletes reach the standard to be admitted to the games" aren’t the same thing. If either is a direct quote, please cite the source. If not, who made it up and why?
