Visual Studio 2017 - How To: move/copy buttons from Extension toolbars to custom toolbar

I've Googgled until I could swear my computer went "Bing". I've searched lists of commands, sub menus, sub commands, nested this and that... and in all of that, I can't find my third-party extensions commands to be able to add them to my custom toolbar in VS17. I'm using Workspaces and TabStudio extensions, and I have both of their bars showing, but I'd like to move all their stuff into my own custom bar. Does anyone know where to find the extension/third-party commands when customizing toolbars, aside from in those extension/third-party toolbars themselves?

As a workaround, see stackoverflow.com/questions/46977364/…
