TroubleShooting Desktop Computer

I've tried to turn on My Desktop computer, it's start blinking then goes off but the cylinder light(HDD light ) stay lighted.
I disassemble the entire computer in order to located where the problem coming from , but it seems like everything working fine.
can anyone help me troubleshoot my computer?
