Netbeans 8.2 java web app class path different between run and debug?

0

I was working on an old javaee web app, JSF + primefaces + JasperReports we are not using maven, so we added libraries manually through NetBeans interface, lately, I added jasper reports library, and the project and the reports are working fine when debugging from NetBeans.

the problem appeared when I choose run from NetBeans, or when I deploy the war to the server outside NetBeans (it's the same server)

I get ClassNotFoundException for Joda time classes, I had no such library in my project, but it ran correctly when debugging, I had to add the library to make the project run ok without debugging.

Can any one explaing how could the class path be different between a DEBUG run and a NORMAL RUN, is this due to and script? or is it something else?
