Wordpress: How to force new users to pick membership on registration page?

I am building a WordPress website with BuddyPress and PaidMembershipPro plugins.
I am not sure how to make new user to pick one of the three memberships on the same page where they register.

The PaidMembershipPro website tells that I can do something like this with just a few clicks. But nothing works for me.

I am thinking about editing a buddypress registration.php file in order to add this PaidMembeshipPro functionality.

Is it the right way?

If yes how could I with a single press of "Sign Up" button add a new user, check for credit card info and proceed(or skip) to PaidMembershipPro checkout?
