Kim Yong-il, né le 2 mai 1944, est un homme d'État nord-coréen.


Il exerça les fonctions de Premier ministre depuis son élection à ce poste par l'Assemblée populaire suprême (APS), à l'issue de la onzième session de l'APS le 11 avril 2007[1], jusqu'au 7 juin 2010, date à laquelle l'Assemblée populaire suprême vota pour le remplacer par Choe Yong-rim[2].


Spécialisé dans le commerce international, Kim Yong-il a été diplômé de l'Université de technologie Kim Chaek en 1969. Ayant exercé les fonctions d'instructeur au bureau du commerce du comité populaire de la municipalité de Pyongyang, il a travaillé pour la compagnie commerciale Daedong à partir de 1983.


Avant son élection comme Premier ministre en avril 2007, Kim Yong-il était ministre des transports terrestres et maritimes depuis 1994.

When I open a file, I get the: OpenPyxl -> UserWarning: Data Validation extension is not supported and will be removed That is not really a problem bcs. program works and I can't change the .xlsm file to fix that. But... When I run pytest with something like: def test_wrong_file_format(): assert check_excel(open_excel('file.xlsm')) == True I will get the warning i mentioned altought check_excel(open_excel('file.xlsm')) returns True and the test should suceed... Is there a nice way to tell the pytest that "It's not a bug it's a feature" and tests should pass even when they get this warning? What visual should I use to simply compare current year value vs last year in Power BI desktop

0 I have column SubToBind that shows current year ratio and column PY SubToBind which shows previous year ratio. How can I simply create a card that would be displaying them both in a nice way? Something like that: I cannot achieve that with regular card, I also tried Card with States by OKViz but also unable to see both values. In KPI visual - I dont like the word "Goal", it will confuse end users. Are there any cards or other visuals that would do the job?
