How to tell if Angular CLI has been used

What are the signs which denote that an Angular project has been built by using Angular CLI? I want to tell that by just looking at the files' structure of the project. My thoughts:
- Is
ClientApp
folder one of those signs? - Can we make sure the app has used Angular CLI if
main.ts
exists in the above app? - Of course
angular-cli.json
orangular.json
is a sound sign
Anything else?
angular angular-cli

try ng --version, will display Angular CLI version getting used by this project.

Someone might install Angular CLI afterwards. So, that's not safe...
