Video tag with controls cannot clickable when parent has 'will-change: transform' styles at Chrome v70

When I click html5 video control's menu icon(Vertical three dots icon), it will show Download & PinP link normally,

But when I put style="will-change: transform;" attributes on parent of video tag, then Menu icon not clickable(not responding)

Do anyone faces this issue? or Is there any workaround for avoid clicking menu icon not responding? please let me know :)
