Is there a difference between using the past participle as an adjective and using it in passive voice? Do we consider it an adjective in the passive voice?
For example- "it will be used", can we consider 'used' here as an adjective or it's just a composition for the passive voice?
Thanks

Although I suppose it could be taken as an adjective (old and used), I'd say it more commonly functions as a verb. (I used my keyboard to type this).
