2 images overlap + bar [closed]

I'm trying to do the following scenario, I'll have 2 similar images of the same size (an image will have more details) I'll put one image over the other and I'll put a bar and when you move that bar the image from above will overlap image, along with the movement of the bar.
Can someone give me some help on how to start or some example?
