Graph API OneDrive Incoming Document Edit Query

I am developing a solution that stores files within OneDrive using the MSGraph API.
The user is able to open, edit and save the document within OneDrive online (within a separate tab).
However, I've found that it can take up to thirty seconds from a user editing a one drive document before the updated document date/time stamp and content is available on the API.
Does anyone know of an API call that can be used to identify that a user has edited and saved a specific document, but the save has not yet completed (i.e. an incoming OneDrive document change)?
