          Yes, it does, and yes, it is.



          Snap Kick lets you put one more attack into any attack sequence, which is what makes it so good. The cumulative −2 is definitely a cost, and makes it hard to really abuse Snap Kick (a good thing!), but the feat is still really good.

                    0 I have developed a report which has 5 dynamic row groups from where users can choose in parameter selection. The report has 12 parameters so that user can get required information as per their parameter choice.
