An interruption at a keypress
Some text in my game is displayed letter by letter. I did this by writing a print-like function.
I want to give player the option to scroll through the entire block of text without waiting. The idea is that they can press enter while the text is being displayed to quit my function and display the rest of the text with a regular print
I've made a variable stop
where each character is stored once it's printed out. When the function is interrupted, I simply subtract that bit from the full message and pass it to the regular python print.
The issue is, I don't know how to handle the interruption itself. Is it possible to make python keep checking for the keypress while executing the rest of the code?
By the way, how do I write the 'enter' (keyboard key)?
