Displaying an array of spheres in Paraview
My ultimate objective is to display an assembly of spherocylinders (capsules) in Paraview. Each spherocylinder with specified positions and specified orientations. I observe that this is not available as a native source in Paraview. However, a capsule can be created using a cylinder and two spheres at the ends.
My question is: I can create a cylinder and two spheres manually. How to automate this procedure to display an array of capsules. If not the whole thing, can someone help at least how to read an array of spheres in Paraview?

If you want to automatize source creation, it is easy to do with a simple pvpython script.
