Forward email through another computer

I have this problem... I need to send an email to another company. But they can track the source IP from which the email came from. They're asking me the IP address from where Im sending my emails so they can allow them. I have one office with static IP which I gave them the IP address. The problem is I sometimes I use my email using dynamic IP since I move around. I want my email to send using my static IP so it will appear that Im using the permitted IP. Is this possible? I was thinking I put a computer in the static IP office that will act as a relay or forwarder? Thanks
