Not able to Selecting Label as Social by clicking on 3dots button on Compose Gmail page using selenium

This is compose picture of Gmail Page.
I need to click on 3 dots button at right bottom corner then need to select Labels and then Social.
I am not able to click on 3 dots.
I have used several x path but getting elementNotVisibleException.
Someone please help.
Below Xpath: Checked in Firepath and as well as in Chrome Path Checker.
