Transfer app from suspended Play Console account [closed]

I got three strikes in my Play Console account.

The thing is that I want to recover only one app from that account, because it had a huge number of downloads.
Before my account got suspended, I bought another Play Console account to transfer my app because the account had three infractions I didn't want to risk the app. I contacted the Google Play Console support to make the transfer, and some hours later they terminated my account. Today (2 days later) someone in Google send me a mail answering to the petition of the app transfer. They send me the link to the right form of app transfer.

The thing is, would it work if I send the form? Could it be that they don't see that my account is terminated and they proceed with the transfer?

Sorry for bad English.

I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because it concerns Google Play Store policies and procedures, rather than programming. Please refer to: Are developer-centric questions about application stores on topic?‍, Why can't I ask customer service-related questions?

  • Additionally, why don't you just try it and see if it works? I don't see how this would harm you if it doesn't.

  • @laptou I'm afraid they could delete the new account.

  • @MrOscarvs Then I would recommend reading the TOS. It will be laborious, because that's how Google rolls, but there should be a provision indicating under which circumstances they may delete your account. If they have to have a reason (e.g., strikes), then you will probably get away with this.

  • @laptou But the think it's that my original account is already deleted, and in the mail said that this may span to other vinculed Play Console accounts. And they say that I cannot create any other account, and if I do it may be deleted (they don't want me to use Play Console again). For some reason this other account hasn't triggered the Play Console algorithm, or maybe the person who closed my account didn't. The thing is that I'm afraid that they could close my second account if I fill that form
