SVM Decision Surface plotting with 5 Independent variables - Python

0

I have built a SVC classfication model with 5 independent variable and one target variable (2 class), but i'am unable to plot the decision surface using all these 5 features. is there any method available to plot the graph using all 5 independent variables (all 5 are significant variables)

i had a lot of search, people show plot either on iris data set with 2 features or they use PCA and use 2 principal components for plotting, but in real time we need to plot using all the variables?

If this plotting feature is not available using all variables, can we conclude that SVC cannot be plotted in real time, it can be used only for showing an example?

Any help would be appreciated.

  • Try embedding a circle in 2d to a number line 1d, keeping pairwise distances. Thats ill-conditioned and impossible. Now think about 5d to 2d. Every approach will lose information, e.g. like happening in pca.
