Did you mean to say "dated" when you said "met"?

I would say:
I will definitely meet you if I had not got engaged , or: I will definitely meet you if I was not engaged.
Both sentences are of the Mixed Conditional Type.
The condition and result refer to different time periods.
The result in both sentences refers to the real future.
The condition in the first sentence refers to the unreal past.
The condition in the second sentence refers to the unreal present.
This is not grammatically correct, strictly speaking. Try this: I would definitely have met you if I had not got engaged. Or a Brit would have said; If I had not got engaged I definitely would have met you.
