DevBridge Autocomplete doesn't update suggestion list

I'm using Devbridge Autocomplete on a project and when I type something the suggestions appears and the words that match are highlighted, but it is bringing all the list, and even when I match a full suggestion the others still appearing



That's my jquery function:



$('#mat_aluno').autocomplete({

        serviceUrl: 'http://192.168.0.26/cvt-sergipetec/cursos/get_aluno',

        onSelect: function (suggestion) {

            alert('You selected: ' + suggestion.value + ', ' + suggestion.data);

        }

    });


And that is my query. I'm using Code Igniter so I don't know if this is causing the problem:



public function getAlunoByNome($aluno) {

        $this->db->select('aluno_nome AS `value`, aluno_mat AS `data`');

        $this->db->like('aluno_nome', $aluno);

        return $this->db->get('Alunos')->result_array();

    }
