Magento 2.2.6 javascript bundling

I'm trying to optimize javascript bundles in my magento 2.2.6 store.
I'm using r.js with my custom requirejs build.js configuration file.
The script generates bundles corectlly.
Generated static files are located in pub/static/frontend/Some_Company/en_US.
At the end of build.js file i've got a callback function that rewrites my generated requirejs-config.js file.
It's working just fine too.
But there is problem with magento itselfs. After i open page in browser magento automatically regenerate pub/static/frontend/Some_Company/en_US/requirejs-config.js
I've tried setting up different settings for js mergin and bundling. I've also tried switch between production and developer mode. I even changed file permision for requirejs-config.js but it produces and error that magento doesnt have 'write' rights to the file.
TL;DR
So, basically after I run:
node r.js -o build.js baseUrl=path_to_static_files_genereted_by_magento dir=my_new_files
it's all fine untill i visit my page. Then magento rewrites my generated requirejs-config.js file.
javascript requirejs magento2 requirejs-optimizer

javascript requirejs magento2 requirejs-optimizer
So if some1 is curious i've deal with the problem by chaning my approach to rewriting requirejs-config.js. I used to append automatically bundles definitions which were removed by magento_requirejs module. Instead of that i've defined these bundles in my theme requirejs-config file so when magento merge these files it merge it with my bundles definitions.
