    It’s very hard to believe that you’ve “searched a lot on Google” without finding an answer – if you simply search for “not to my knowledge meaning” the first dozen hits are dictionary definitions and explanations of the expression. I’m afraid that makes the question off-topic here, since the answer can be found in a multitude of freely available dictionaries online.
